ITG Austria has been able to convince a new customer, Peek & Cloppenburg Austria, of its services. Since December 2023, ITG has taken over the supply of initially 4 of the chain’s stores. All items are handled at the logistics center in Reichersberg (Upper Austria). This includes both hanging goods and flatpacked items.

This is where the receipt inspection, sorting and storage (garments on hanger and flatpacked) take place. Picking is carried out on a store-specific basis and is supplemented by value-added services (VAS) such as labeling and the application of security tags. The goods are then distributed to the stores on time. ITG’s fashion specialists also take care of handling returns. After a start-up phase, further stores will gradually be added to the processing chain.
